MU 2017 Preliminary Competition - Swimwear
Kahit tapos na MU season at malapit na natin i-welcum ang 2018, sa dahilang kanina ko lang napanuod ang prelims ng MU meron pa rin ako ma-say. At eto ay opinyon ko lang naman at di naman ako nagpapaka trying maging pageant expert dahil di ko naman pinangarap. Ok!
1. Albania - great body but being first to be called u can expect a lot of nerves
2. Angola - best from Africa
3. Argentina - i dont like her body proportions
4. Australia - the biggest thigh of the pageant (charr)
5. Austria - great body
6. Bahamas - stiff
7. Bolivia - chabelita
8. Brazil - worthy of her top 16 placement
9. BVI - chabelita
10. Bulgaria - love her
11. Cambodia - good for a first timer country
12. Canada - odd teeth
13. Cayman Islands - curvy but she is bulky
14. Chile - great catwalk
15. China - not worthy of placement

Farthest Closest National Capitals
A little confusing eh.
But simply put, these are the capital cities that is the closest but if compared with other countries is the farthest. Oh well...let's just enjoy the numbers.
OCEANIA
Canberra is the closest capital to Wellington with the astonishing distance of 2,328.78 KM. Also, Wellington is closest to Canberra than any other capital city within or outside Oceania.
ASIA
In close second is an Asian country capital of Dili, the closest capital measured from any direction is Bandar Seri Begawan which is 1,906.55 KM away. Long way to paddle it is! But Bandar Seri Begawan's closest neighbor though is Manila in a whooping 1,266.38 KM.
EUROPE
It might seem odd because we see this continent as tightly packed in a small corner of Eurasia but nonetheless Reyjavik is so isolated from the rest of Europe that it is 1,490.47 KM away to its closest neighboring capital which is Dublin. Dublin's closest neighbor though is not Reykjavik but of course London with only 463.84 KM between them.
SOUTH AMERICA
From South America, Brasilia's closest neighboring capital city that also shared border with it is Asuncion in a distance of 1,459.06 KM. Asuncion's nearest neighbor is Buenos Aires with a distance of 1,042.61 KM.
AFRICA
In the whole of Africa, Victoria's nearest neighboring capital Mogadishu is the farthest among the countries from this continent measuring 1,349.45 KM. But Mogadishu's closest neighbor capital is not Victoria but Nairobi with a distance of 1,016.07. Africa is indeed a huge continent.
NORTH AMERICA
We might not see Mexico as lonely as being far from a sister capital city but she is. Mexico City is North America's most isolated capital with Guatemala City at 1, 061.83 KM away, topping as the closest capital city. Guatemala city is nearest to San Salvador in only 174.19 KM, just a stride.

Without considering Rome & Vatican City next closest neighboring capitals from Europe is between Bratislava & Vienna (54.88 KM). Slovakia capitals' closest neighbor is Vienna which is the same as well for Vienna (closest capital to her is Bratislava).

The Golem (Der Golem, wie er in die Welt kam) [1920]
Silent movie eto. Ang mga hudyo na naninirahan sa ghetto ay gustong palayasin ng emperor sa siyudad. Binuhay ni Rabbi Loew si Golem na isang nilalang na gawa sa clay, para maipagtanggol sila sa pamamagitan ng black magic. Nailigtas ni Golem sa kapahamakan ang Emperador kaya bilang ganti ay di na sila pinalayas. Dahil nga galing sa kadiliman ang pagbuhay ke Golem eto ay mahirap pasunurin at naging pasaway sa kanyang amo na si Rabbi, na muntik na ikapahamak ng kanyang anak na si Miriam. Sa huli nabalik sa kanyang dating kalikasan si Golem bilang clay.

Barbarella [1968]
For a 1968 film it is good for me. I have read some reviews and I have to disagree, this movie has a lot of entertainment value at least for me. The story may not be at far with other classics or the editing is not that seamless but it tried to be entertaining.
A very young Jane Fonda looks stunning in here.
I am not disappointed, though the story line is rather shallow. But just the same it has this sfx that is yummy to me, the color..the shapes all of it.
6 stars for me.

The Boy and the Wind (O Menino e o Vento) [1967]
After almost 6 months ngayon lang ako ulit nakanuod ng movie.
Maganda naman sha wento ng isang Engineer na naakusahan ng pagpatay sa isang teenager na lalake na naging kaibigan nya sa pagbakasyon nya sa isang lugar na kanyang pinuntahan. Inaakusahan din siya na nagkaroon ng seksuwal na relasyon sa batang ito. Kinaelangan nyang bumalik sa lugar matapos nya itong lisanin para harapin ang kaso at dito nag umpisa ang kuwento. Mahiwaga ang pagkawala ng batang lalake dahil di nasabi sa katapusan kung saan na napunta ito. Ang dalawang bida eh parehong mahilig sa hangin. Me kaweirdohan pero lahat naman tayo me kanya -kanyang hilig di ba? So sinu tayo para mangealam. Basta ako nag enjoy ako panuorin to. Me pagka fantasya-fantasyahan din kasi nawala yung bata nung panahon na napakalakas ng hangin.
Binigyan ko sha ng 7 stars na rating sa IMDB, at magada ang pagkakagawa kahit na itoy sinapelikula noon pang 1967. Kung mahilig kayo sa mga lumang movies pwede nyo i-try to panuorin. Parehong guwapo ang mga bida..hehehe.
